India’s Baseless Allegations on Pakistan to Derail Peace Process

Published January 22, 2014 by Farrah Naz

Creating wedge between the Government of Pakistan and Pakistan Army and harming the image of Pakistan and its armed forces by means of stating concocted statements is always what India preferred and still doing it since independence. India called itself a democratic country but in reality, India has a fake democracy that by the help of fictitious stories, damage Pakistan’s image to build differences among the Government of Pakistan and Pakistan Army. Pakistan always offers India for having peaceful relations. But opposite to that, Indian violations are on the peak for derailing the peace process. Indian menacing designs and blame game continues instead of welcoming the peace relations offer by Pakistan. The basic reason is to slander the image of Pakistan Army and Government of Pakistan.

Another thing which India likes the most is that blame game and putting false allegations on Pakistan and its armed forces. Government of Pakistan and Pakistan Army are keeping focus on improving ties with India and also to improve diplomatic norms with the neighbouring country but Indian media with the help of its leaders have a habit to put groundless accusations which has no reality just to decline the efforts made by Pakistan of improving the ties with India. India, basically, does want peace in the region. Human Rights Violations including extra judicial killings, rapes etc are at peak in India but Indian leaders do not pay any kind of attention to it. As far as Kashmir issue is concerned, UN did not any pay kind of attention of it too.

In the end, I would like to say that India, instead of blaming, must change its attitude and must respect Pakistan’s peace offer.

Indian Government and Extremist Politicians

Published December 2, 2013 by Farrah Naz

Extremist organizations and extremist politicians of India have always been there to blame Pakistan for every blast in their country. It’s like they are sitting over there and waiting for any happening in India, so that they can blame Pakistan for that. It’s simply rubbish that this happens all the time. Shiv Sena and other extremist organizations never missed any chance to blame Pakistan. They are against Muslims. Muslims in India are not safe. Killing of innocent Muslims in Kashmir is the biggest example.

On the other hand, Indian Government also starts bashing Pakistan after the allegations of these extremist politicians. It seems that they are helpless and work under the pressure of extremist organizations just to gain the political mileage and to get the public attention. This is simply absurd conduct by the Indian Government. They should have their own stance and they should properly investigate the matter. Pakistan offered investigation of the LoC incident many times but India always remained silent on this offer. Why? The simple answer is that they know that India is behind it.

Now let’s talk about the Indian Media. Indian Media also supports every drama which is against Pakistan. Same happened violation of LoC is at its peak. Their media just created a huge drama and fake stories to show the world that Pakistan is behind all the violations. It is Pakistan which is violating the LoC. They did the same in past. Famous incident of Mumbai attack is the major example. They blamed Pakistan for that but now after the revelation of intelligence officer of Indian Home Ministry, it is very clear that India was behind the attacks and the reason was to harm the image of Pakistan. It has been the work of India to start speculative anti – Pakistan campaign for defaming the Pakistan’s image.

After all the revelations, the Indian media campaign is totally become bogus and Pakistan should also realize that India cannot be the friend of Pakistan because it always finds different ways to harm Pakistan rather than doing any kind of friendship.

A Fabricated Discourse by a Notorious Person

Lt. Colonel Inam-ur-Rahim (Retd.), the defence counsel of Brigadier Ali Khan, facing charges of attempting to overthrow the government, has petitioned against the extension granted to the current Army Chief.

The question here arises, regarding the timing of the petition. Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani granted the three year extension to General Kayani on 24 July 2010, however, Colonel Inam has waited nearly two years to file his petition. Is it because he is also defending Brigadier Ali, who is alleged to be conspiring against the state and in order to gain sympathy for his client; he is trying to demonize the COAS? Apparently, the case against Brigadier Ali is not going well thus his defence counsel’s desperate antics.

The secretary of the society commented on the news in the media indicating that he was not the convener of the society. In a press release, the society has disowned him, adding that there is no slot of a convener in the organization. There is a perception that he is playing into the hands of vested interest; and palmed off media men are also using his name to defame the armed forces and intelligence agencies. On 24th September 2012, Islamabad High Court had rejected his petition against the extension of service to COAS Ashfaq Pervez Kayani, declaring it non-maintainable. Given the fact that some anchorpersons, analysts and panelists have started propaganda to denigrate the armed forces, there is something sinister being played to create a wedge between the military and judiciary.

Adding to the public perception that the military has been put on the defensive like never before. Prime minister and president of the Pakistan extended the tenure of COAS Pervez Kayani.

Colonel Inam must be aware that extensions to civilian bureaucrats are also granted on attaining superannuation under extenuating circumstances. General Kayani must have groomed and trained highly professional generals, any of whom would be more than capable to replace him but the consideration in granting him an exceptional extension must have been that one does not change horses mid-stream.

Lt Colonel Inam (R): A Spy of Terrorists

Again Anonymity advocate Lt. Col (Retd) staged another drama to gain prominence ahead of hearing of his petition that he submitted in a superior court against a top Army official. He came out with yet another allegation on Saturday morning that some unknown assailant set his car on fire which was being driven by his son and his son had a miraculous escape. According analysts that Inam-ur-Raheem Advocate’s complaints as ‘drama’ that is being staged for acquiring fame. ‘Similar sort of trumped-up story he developed on Wednesday last by alleging that some security officials had beaten him up. The media reported on Friday quoting police officials that injuries of retired Lt Col Inam Ur Raheem reflected in the medial report does not qualify even for registration of a case.

The former military-man turned lawyer, who has been seeking confrontation with state institutions, is all out to gain prominence through his fake complaints. But Inam ur Raheem is exploiting some vested interest and disseminating baseless accusations through media and alleging security forces responsible for the incident. It is regrettable that quarrel of the individual with a taxi driver has been attributed to military intelligence.

Inam Ur Raheem is in the habit of antagonizing. A procession was taken out recently in the residential society against him where he is living, protesting against his misbehavior and dealing with others living in the locality. Important aspect about is that Inam Raheem charged fee of Rs2.5 million from the relatives of the so-called missing persons to fight their cases and ironically he didn’t pursue their cases despite receiving hefty amount. The victims are also after him to get their fee refunded. Meanwhile he is a part of Brig Ali case, whose strategy was to attack on sensitive instrument of Pakistan army.

Actually Inam Ur Raheem is hyper sensitive and highly unstable person who is working on some hidden agenda and working against the security establishments at the behest of some anti-state elements.  Inam Ur Raheem’s allegation that he was threatened on one occasion by senior intelligence officials is simply baseless. The fact is that Inam ur Raheem requested for a meeting through a letter on June, 30 last year and he was called for the same on July, 5. The meeting was held in a very cordial environment where he was heard patiently by the senior officer. He sought some favors including seeking advice for his interaction with some foreigners and left the office calmly and cheerfully. Later he misrepresented what had transpired in the meeting by projecting in media that he was forced for that meeting and he was threatened by intelligence officials in the course of conversation. This was pure fabrication by the person in question.
